    I cannot install a new disc game offline. It will stop and won’t let me play until I hook it to the internet or hotspot. I can’t get internet where I live, is there anything I can do or is this normal?

    Which game? Many new games like Call of Duty just contain a loader on the disc and require an internet connection to download the game

    No I haven't switched my console. I even have my saves from the game when I deleted it. I have a feeling it has to do with me doing the background download. I didn't do that last time.

    Have you switched console since you first purchase the game? It sounds like a licensing issue. If you've gotten a new console, you will need to do a license transfer and you will be able to play your games offline again.

    I'm going to answer this question . NO! gamepass games cannot be played offline . Otherwise ppl would buy gamepass download 200 + games go offline n never buy gamepass again . This is copyright and licensing issue that will stay as is . The answer is
