Try "repair" the app in config. After that run the application as administrator ... it worked here!! *Sorry bad english

So I thought what the [Mod Removed - Profanity] lets try and repair the OS.

So I used the windows download tool I reinstalled windows. Restarted and tried a game - well still got the error - so I tried windows update and there was an update so I installed the update and restarted.

Tried downloading the same game - Hey presto it started downloading!

Then the pc app crashed! so I restarted.....and now I'm back to square one getting errors again.....I give up.......

Well the issue seems to be how the MS store handles user rights and privileges. According to support this issue can sometimes happen with the store when you have corrupted files or registry. A clean install would presumably fix this.
