Cannot download game add on

No Skyrim is not an available game on the xbox one. You cannot play the 360 disc of skyrim on xbox one or the downloaded version. Also you cannot use any of the add ons for skyrim on xbox one since the game cannot be played on it

you should be allowed to download M rated games and add on content as long as the parental controls allow it, but what you cannot download on a child account is demos for M rated or RP (ratings pending) games or videos.

I have this problem too,purchased the game on release and have just purchased a new hdd but cannot download to neww hdd without repurchasing. It is not in my download list but all other add ons are.

or to add RP (rating pending) content cannot be downloaded on a child account either.

If you read the warnings before the migration it says this:

Previously purchased or downloaded content (for example, videos, games, and add-ons) cannot be downloaded again after migration. Previously purchased content is not refundable, and there is no guarantee that it will work after migration.
