    Cannot download Forza Horizon 4?


    I have gotten the game, Forza Horizon 4 recently. When I try to install it, I get an error "code 0x803F8001". However, I am able to install other applications. I have tried restarting, WSreset and making sure my date and time are correct. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    Why I cannot install Forza Horizon 4

    Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.

    Can you please be more specific?

    Did you download a game and it is not showing up?

    Or are you referring to Forza Horizon 4. If it is Forza Horizon 4 you still need to go and down load it. The betas does not automatically download the new game.

    It was a console bundle, including forza horizon 4 and forza motorsport 7 (digital download codes). I can see the motorsport in the order history, but horizon isn't there.
