    Ever since the recent firmware upgrade I haven't been able to download any store content I purchased, or updates.

    Hey, I really appreciate it man. If i ever get the opportunity to forward an early demo or something I will definitely pass it your way first. Thanks again.

    I downloaded the preview dashboard. Is there anything else i need to do to get the updates?

    This problem went away magically for me

    Xbox Support suggested I get a new cable modem, which didn't fix it.

    I was without live for like 4 days with this issue, then it just started working.

    This problem went away magically for me

    Xbox Support suggested I get a new cable modem, which didn't fix it.

    I was without live for like 4 days with this issue, then it just started working.

    You get the new update preview which should include the new dashboard. You can leave the preview at any time

    okay I found the report a problem option. But when I click on it it tells me that I'm doing the preview dashboard and it needs an update . I'm not doing the preview dashboard program. it doesn't say anything about reporting any problem it just wants me to

    Preview game licensing issue

    Notes about the preview builds are released in the preview program dashboard and preview program forums. Sot he information is out there. The current preview includes changes to the store which is why licenses are only working for consoles on the preview
    program until the update is released publicly.

    If you want to leave the preview program go into the preview dashboard then into registration then choose what you want to do, you will continue to get updates until the updates go live to the public, you cannot roll back the updates you get in the preview,
    if you have any problems please post in the preview forum.
