    When I changes my email that is associated with my Xbox live account, I have been having annoying issues. I can't purchase or download anything on Xbox live, I can't sign in on xbox.com and I get other errors across my Xbox live account. It is extremely
    frustrating as I wish to take this account with me to the xbox one and it will probably still have these issues. My Xbox live account name is: SAS Firestorm Error codes: Account Management - Manage Payment Options - 80190376 Your Information - Billing Information

    If its any consolation, I cant even get on xbox.com at my work so cant even queue em up cannot download anything, cant sign in on xbox.com either :mad:

    I have the same problem! I need help! It will not let me redeem prepaid XBOX LIVE codes, change your contact preferences or get me 360 games GOLD, for example. All since you change the email associated with the account. HELP PLEASE!

    If you're banned, you cannot sign in through your console or xbox.com, and you can't do anything if you're banned.

    You cannot Merge accounts or switch downloads to a different account.

    You cant do anything about that. Once its been on that account you cant do anything to change it.
