Cannot download any games on Xbox One X Alpha Skip Ahead

I have mentioned this on the Reddit, and was told it was an Xbox.com/status issue.

This morning I checked and it said service was good. I tried to download my game again. Still failed.

Status has changed to being unable to browse the store. Which is not my issue.

I have had this issue for maybe 3 days now. It's starting to annoy me.

There is an XBox Live status issue at the moment with Purchase and content that may be the cause.

does your xbox one x need updating?

This happened to me and once I updated my xbox it was working fine again

Best advice i can offer is to remove the Insider Program from the console, and try again. If its still not working, hard reset of the console. And lastly if those two dont work, restore the console to original factory settings and then see if it works after
reinstalling your profile.

reddit.

If the problem persists after getting the full service back online you should post it there.

Hi, I tried to private message you but it didn't work.

You have to be in the insider preview to download the avatar beta app. It works on the original Xbox One, the Xbox One S and Xbox One X. It is not rolled out by console model but by which Insider Preview ring you are in. It has now been rolled out to all
rings.

Insider Preview has Alpha Skip Ahead, Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omega rings. Alpha Skip Ahead and Alpha are invite only from the development team. You can use any Xbox One family of console in any of the rings.
