Cannot download any games from Xbox (Xbox ultimate pass)

Solution 1: Update your Windows 10: Check your PC/ Windows 10 latest updates.

Solution 3: Reset the Xbox app: You can Reset the Xbox app from the Settings menu. Here are the steps:

1. Click Start and click Settings.
   
2. Select System.
   
3. Select Apps & features.
   
4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
   
5. Click Reset.
   
6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Sign in to the Xbox app and check if the same issue occurs.
   

Solution 4: Fix the permissions of the Packages folder

1. Open File Explorer and navigate to this location: C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local
   
2. Now in the Local folder, locate the Packages folder.
   
3. Right click on Packages and select Properties.
   
4. Click the Security Tab, then click Advanced button and ensure that all the users
   

Solution 5: Reinstall the Xbox App: Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

They are playing on PC as well and with Game Pass Ultimate. I have Game Pass Ultimate and the game downloaded but cannot play with them because I did not download through the Microsoft Store?

As far as I am aware, there is no cross platform play between Steam and Xbox when it comes to Ark, so your Steam version cannot communicate with their Game Pass version of the game. You would have to download the Game Pass version of the game and start fresh
there in order to play with other people using the Game Pass version.
