    Cannot download any game pass or store games


    I cannot download any game pass game. I push A and it makes the sound of me selecting the game but nothing happens. It doesn't take me to the next screen to install or anything. Some games I can select but when I hit install it takes me back to the main
    screen and never starts to download. This is happening even in the Microsoft store. I literally can't download any thing. I also keep seeing a message saying "something happened on our end". I'm paying for game pass ultimate but cannot use game pass or download
    any game for that matter. Please help. Yes my subscription is active.

    Hi, check your internal storage on your xbox and maybe you need to free up some space then try to restart your console. Hope that’ll help. （＾ω＾）

    could be high server load due to everyone at home due to covid. The other option is that you don't have enough disk space to download ?
