Cannot download any apps

I cannot seem to download any apps. I can download games just fine. Only apps will not download. When i choose download, it stops and says error 0x80072F8F.

I have done the following:

1. Tested on a different account

2. Tested on a different Xbox One

3. Tested the second accounf on the second Xbox One.

4. Power cycled the router

5. Power cycled the xbox (both)

6. installed all available updates

7. Checked the site for outages.

Am I missing something?! Why cant I download apps?

Hello! First check you have enough free space in the main HDD. Second try
cleaning the cache...

Hi

Can you please try following all of the steps from the
Game or App installation troubleshooterand this will hopefully help you to download the apps your are experiencing issues with.

{Parity}

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Press Windows Key + i and go to apps, search for ''Microsoft Store'' click ''advanced options'' and then ''terminate, repair and reset.

Windows key + i again and go to updates and security>troubleshooting>additional troubleshooting and run the troubleshooting for Windows Update and Windows Store apps.

After that, restart your PC install the Xbox app, and see if it resolves the issue.

In fact I cannot download any app. They all just queue up and are stuck.
