Cannot download any apps or update any apps or games.

I keep getting error code: 0x800703E7 whenever I try to download anything through the Microsoft or Xbox apps.

I have tried resetting the Microsoft store, checking for new updates, restarting my computer, checking the disk drive for anything corrupting and repairing anything that was, everything I could find on here or any other site talking about this.

I have been unable to download anything from Microsoft, though I am capable of downloading things from anywhere else so it's not a my internet/my computer problem.

Press Windows Key + i and go to apps, search for ''Microsoft Store'' click ''advanced options'' and then ''terminate, repair and reset.

Windows key + i again and go to updates and security>troubleshooting>additional troubleshooting and run the troubleshooting for Windows Update and Windows Store apps.

After that, restart your PC install the Xbox app, and see if it resolves the issue.

Hi

Can you please try following all of the steps from the
Game or App installation troubleshooterand this will hopefully help you to download the apps your are experiencing issues with.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Sorry to hear it. Please double check that the computer does not need any updates. If it does then update the computer then try downloading again.

If you still cannot download the games via the Xbox Beta App then please launch the Store App and try downloading the games from there.
