    I Tried to download Forza Horizon 4 add on " welcome pack" when I try to do this a message says: " To download to your Xbox, it must be set to instant-on, with automatic updates and purchases on, and have enough space." mind you I'm downloading this on
    a computer with console companion, but there's over a terabyte of space left. It seems like it downloads but every time I try to play the game now it crashes.

    It didn't work either. In fact, I don't know if this is going to help. We spent some Minecoins, so the profile received the coins and we could spend them on two add-ons, but neither of them can be downloaded. As I said, we always face: Sorry, this content was not able to be downloaded.

    Thanks for replying. The item says it's completed, but the item's picture icon is not clickable. It's not like other dimmed items that I have in the list. Sharing a partial image to avoid sharing sensitive data.
