Cannot download a game I bought

I recently bought destiny and whenever I try to download it after a wile it says "Can't download Destiny" Please Help

I just bought Battlefield Bad Company 2 from the xbox site and on the xbox I cannot enter the market place. Is there any way to download the game I bought with a Redeem Code?

It seams M$ is having some kind of server problems lately. A bunch of people cannot download a bunch of things.

Checking your region.

Firstly - when you are online at xbox.com does the country in the bottom left hand corner match where you are? If not click the country and select a country from the list. If your country was wrong and it let you make a purchase you may not be able to
play this on your console.

Checking your console :

1. go to the SETTINGS page. This page is to the far right of the Home page.

2. select SYSTEM

3. select CONSOLE SETTINGS

4. select LANGUAGE & LOCALE

5. select LOCALE. Ensure this matches your online country selection.

If it is just a download problem you can try the following :

1. Remove profile - SETTINGS page (far right from home page), select STORAGE, then find your profile and remove.

2. While in you hard drive under GAMES & APPS look for any red or yellow icons with incomplete or unknown. Delete them.

3.Clear System Cache - SETTINGS page, select STORAGE and highlight a drive but don't select it. Press Y and select Clear System Cache. Agree when asked.

4. Be Patient - turn your console off for a full minute. This assists in resetting the console.

5. Turn on the console and download your profile - it is the icon next to 'create a profile'. Try again
