Cannot download 360 games to One via store. No error messages.

Hi. Having this problem, when going to purchase a 360 game from One store I select show price then the screen will go dark for a few seconds then return to the game page no error messages at all! I can still download One games but not 360?

I have tried power cycling the console but this problem persists?

Buying games from Store

I am attempting to purchase Far Cry 3 via the xbox one store to download to my xbox one. However when i go to pay i receive the error message "You have no valid payment options on file Microsoft Account Balances cannot be used in this purchase channel".

I have subsequently added my card details to the "Payment & billing" section of my Account however i still receive the same error message when i attempt to purchase this game.

Does anyone have any advice or have suffered from this same issue?

Every time i try to download an Xbox 360 "games with gold" game, i get this error message



I've tried using different browsers and even using the Xbox store on my Xbox One. no matter what, i get this error message.

 

Have you tried purchasing them from Xbox.com and then just going to Ready to Install in My Games and Apps?

 

Well I don't know what happened.

I was abour to try to download from xbox.com but thought to give the console another try and it worked?

I have been trying to download from console since the update and nothing till now.

I canr explain it but hey its working now.

I'm having the exact same issue, still...

 

Problem solved:

It seem's that by logging into xbox.com with my gold gamertag, and going to the store on here, now my XB1 access's them fine.
