Cannot download 2 games i purchased

Discus and support Cannot download 2 games i purchased in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot download Far Cry 3, which gets stuck at 17% each time and The Witcher 2 which gets stuck a 35%, it doesnt give me and error code, just says...     Cannot download 2 games i purchased


    I cannot download Far Cry 3, which gets stuck at 17% each time and The Witcher 2 which gets stuck a 35%, it doesnt give me and error code, just says "cannot download"

    my account region is United Kingdom, which is where i live

    Problem with Mirror's Edge

    Date I bought the content: 6/30/2015, purchased with credit card

    I cannot download this game to console, download stops on 2-5 %, and does not resume

    I tried delete and download again several times.

    Any help or suggestions?

    Cannot download.

    I have purchased the Black Ops 2 game and I cannot download. It goes up to 80% and then says unable to download. If I check the file in storage there writes incomplete file. :/ What;s the problem

    I own the digital Season Pass. I also cannot download Episodes 2-5. So both physical and digital are affected.

    The problem is that they must be "purchased" for free within the game. But since the game has been prematurely delisted, the episodes cannot be "purchased." As stated, these episodes are supposed to be available until June 25.

    Another thought is to look at your download/purchase history via the website and try pushing the download to install this way, if all other mentioned avenues have been explored.

    Hey, Tony!

    Can you give us a little bit more information? Does the game say that you've purchased it on the Xbox store or is it asking you to re-purchase it? Are you receiving any kind of error when attempting to download? Did you get charged for the game when looking
    at your card history?

    Also let us know how much space you have left on your xbox! It is possible it's not downloading because there isn't enough storage space for the game!
