    I cant download games from my xb1 console. it keeps saying "Try again later. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help"

    Down loads will not show, just keep getting a sad face Jigsaw piece

    I cannot get into my Jigsaws anymore.

    Cannot download any more.

    I have tried everything, has Microsoft stopped this down loads now.

    CANNOT DOWN LOAD GAMES

    I guess this issue regards xbxo 360 games with BC. To download 360 xbox BC games from your xbox one console you should have a valid method of payment (like a credit card) linked with your account.

    I am a member of the preview program. I will give feedback on the problem. I was checking the issues and saw there is a problem with purchases from the store for people on the preview program.

    I have the same problem. Mine got jacked during the update to the app. now it just says wait a bit and try again and its been 3 days...
