    Every game I try playing online does not allow me to play online. I can party chat, and everything else but when I try to plat online, it keeps asking for my passkey. I enter it and click allow. It keeps asking for it. I know all of my passwords and I am an older man. Ive tried setting to adult and "allow" for join multiplayer games. Cleared mac address, deleting profile and reinstalling, restarting console all different ways, updating console. Any ideas to fix would help. Thanks

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    There are multiple reports in regards to the aid concern but since there is no official announcement we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

    When you sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings kindly “block” these settings if they’re already on “allow” then submit and after that “allow” again then submit.

    After making the changes, please perform a power cycle on your console.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    I do have bedrock, and when I attempt to access multiplayer it says "You cannot play multiplayer because of how your Microsoft account is set up", and I am unfortunately unable to test the same computer on a different account, but I have tested the same account on a different computer, and had the same problem.

    It is more of a message than error but it says "You cannot play on realms because of how your microsoft account is set up. Please ensure your online saftey settings allow multiplayer and clubs. See instructions for changing these settings as aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp."
