Cannot create posts due to no birthday being able to be selected in forum login

I'm sorry, but what is the forum you referring to?

For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Although the rewards program goes by what was entered when the Xbox account was created which is not possible to change. So they may not see your birthday
as being this month.

I'm sorry to hear you cannot access Xbox Live because of a enforcement action (www.enforcement.xbox.com).

If your console says "This Xbox has been banned due to violations of the code of conduct." that will not be able to be resolved by a case review. If your login says your permanently suspended you will not be able to appeal that either.

If you changed your email due to forgetting the password, Microsoft may be able to help you out if you call support or use the lost password option on the login and are able to provide any billing details and past passwords to verify. They may be able to
recover it for you.

If you had changed emails due to the original being someone elses email, those games are permanently tied to that email and cannot be recovered to your new account.
