Cannot Create Parties (Xbox One)

    Cannot Create Parties (Xbox One)


    So I have gold. When I try to create, or join parties it does nothing. Ic can play online and invite people to my game.

    people unable to invite me to party

    only i can create parties i cannot join people because i never get an invite

    Ok so i can sign into xbox live but it says i have a "xbox stores" service alert. I also cannot join or create xbox live parties. Is anyone else having this problem?
