cannot create login for 3month trial

trying to get hulu plus 3 month trial...can enter my email, but xbox one wont let me 1.enter my pw 2.confirm my pw. when i go on my computer it says.. one week free.

damn i hate bait and switch almost as much as total incompetence

have tried every damn button on my controler to get to the pw and pw confirm . have had to enter my email too many times.

anybody having a similar experience?

anybody know how to get around this issue?

Games with gold not working with 3 month code

Are you sure it's a 3month code not a 14 day trial?

 

have an error code after trying to activate a 2 day gold trial

Btw 48 hour trials cannot be redeemed while you are gold

It can only be added while you are silver

After which you can add the. 3 month code

So if you added the code before the 3month was entered your fine

If you added after that's why it's failing

 

I've been having the same issue too. I haven't been able to get around it either. I think someone from xbox live needs to go back and fix the issue in order to take advantage of the 3 month promo. I doubt anyone has been able to sign up.

 

Same problem on the 360. Can enter email and password but the confirm password box disappears. Tried starting with the confirm password and then password. Once you highlight email address box. the other 2 fields clear. There is no way to sign up for the
3 month trial on Hulu's website, only through xbox.

This needs to be fixed.

 

Has anyone got this figured out yet?

 

It's June 30th and this is still a problem. And I have a feeling this "deal" won't last through July...

 

i am having this problem too. i even tried plugging a usb keyboard into the back of my xbox one. lets me put in a user name but, you cant even press the tab button to change lines. there is absolutely no way to type in your confirmation password.
