    cannot create a new account on my xbox 360


    When i go to create profile, i get the prompt to enter a name for it. when i hit the done button, it shows a loading icon and says creating profile, then puts me back to the enter name screen. i have tried turning it on and off, and i have tried multiple
    times. does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    Cant switch GamerTag to temp account

    I've been told by Support this cannot be done using a temporary account within 30 days, even though the article says to create a new Microsoft Live account as a temporary measure. I also cannot do the same thing on my new Xbox one, so I'll have to hold onto
    my 360 just so I can manage my profile. This is crazy!

    Can I connect my Xbox Live Account with my Avatar on my Xbox without losing progress?

    The avatar is connected to an offline account you used on the 360. You would need to join Live with that account. Since you created a Microsoft account, it would already have an Xbox account connected to it and you cannot transfer or merge anything with that new account.
