Cannot contact Xbox support

Hi

I've been trying to contact Microsoft support since November last year on and off but everytime I try and request a call back or live chat, I get an error saying "Sorry something wen't wrong on our end, were working on it". Its been saying this for months now and I don't know how else I can contact the support.

Can anyone point my in another direction? I've tried logging in as multiple accounts, multiple devices & browsers and no luck.

Really frustrated now.

I am having the same issue with chat or call support, got a message try again.
