Cannot contact Microsoft Support

Hi all,

I need to get the parental control setting on my 360 reset. Somebody has set it up but no one knows any of the details so am unable to reset it or turn it off.

I have ready that Microsoft need to do something about this, however I can't enter the live chat as the option is greyed out to put my name in, I can't get them to call me back due to the same problem and I couldn't find an option to call them. This all
seems a little ridiculous. I have tried different browsers on different OS's and get the same problem.

I am based in England.

Can someone help me please?

cannot contact microsoft support plz help,

i was on xbox live an it said i got a refund for dirt 3 vip pass, i cant get ahold of support the start chat never allows me to click is, says check my information but its all correct,

I request support for the repair of my xBox , I think my warranty has expired . But I do not mind paying parea repair. My problem is I can no longer juagr with HDMI, before if he could , he spent one month and now can not. I have asked several times online
repair but when I put the second step ( exactly put my address ) sends me error , try again later , will this be why my Xbox is based in Spain ? and I am from Peru . Please help
