    Unfortunately no one on the forums can help with this as we don't have access to your billing info.

    If the chat option isn't working you would have to phone support for your region.

    A list of numbers can be found here

    Either way,phone/chat support are the only ones who can deal with this.

    I request support for the repair of my xBox , I think my warranty has expired . But I do not mind paying parea repair. My problem is I can no longer juagr with HDMI, before if he could , he spent one month and now can not. I have asked several times online
    repair but when I put the second step ( exactly put my address ) sends me error , try again later , will this be why my Xbox is based in Spain ? and I am from Peru . Please help
