Cannot connect Xbox to the Companion app.

I have tried everything and still cannot connect the xbox to the Companion app. Its driving me nuts. It worked three days ago and the last three days have been torture. Any ideas?

I have tried:

The time and date trick (putting the date back and disabling the update date and time)

I have reset the app still nothing.

I have replaced the DNS server on my Xbox to that of my router 192.168.0.1

I have clean installed windows 10

I have clean installed my Xbox

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Companion app

I have installed the beta version of the app

I did a factory reset of my router

I am at a loss. Please help

Just checked they are all green good to go but I'll check one minute maybe I was using it during the outage. No it's still not working. 😒😒😒😒😒

Hello, can you make sure that your drivers and Windows are up to date?

OK give me a second and I'll check.

This is what I did:

Unplugged Xbox from power via wall socket.

Unplugged the ethernet cable.

Restarted the Laptop.

Restarted the console.

Restarted the Companion App

Nothing changed. Thanks so much for your help.

Hello try unpluging all components. Console,internet and computer shut down with no power. Plug everything back in and booth console up. See if this lets you connect. Sometimes they all need to be refreshed. Make sure you are unplugging from wall socket
and not unit!!!
