    Cannot connect xbox 360 wireless controller on windows 10. My receiverintalled correctly


    I have a XBOX 360 but I wanted use my controller on Windows 10 for games. My controller is wireless and I have the receiver fulfilled installed but my controller cannot conect to the receiver/pc, I don't where is the problem. I already have updated the drivers
    but nothing changed. And my controller is working on XBOX 360 without troubles.

    (The controller and the receiver are originals)

    Are you trying to connect a wireless Xbox 360 controller to your Windows 10 PC or is it a wired controller? If it's a wired one, here are the steps to

    calibrate your controller with your Windows PC.     You'll want to follow those steps and be sure that everything is set up correctly and try again.

    XBOX 360 wired PC controller chatpad not working with Windows 10

    Purchased a chat pad for my PC xbox 360 controller. it connects to my controller and Windows 10 reacts to new hardware, but cannot identify it. Cannot find any drivers for chatpad to work with Windows 10. Any help?

    The Xbox One Wireless controller with Bluetooth can be connected to a Windows 10 PC with a USB cable, Bluetooth, or with the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10, so yes, it can be connected via the adapter. The Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 is not
    compatible with an Xbox 360 controller and will need the Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows. I'll provide the support articles with this information:

    For wireless Xbox 360 controllers, you cannot use the charging cable to connect to a PC (it only transfers power, not data). To use the controller with a PC, you will either need an "Xbox 360 controller for Windows" (non-detachable cable) or use your existing
    wireless controller with the wireless gaming receiver for Windows.
