: Cannot connect wirelessly even though router says connected

If you don't mind me asking, what happens when you try either theTest Network Connection
or
Test Multiplayer Connection?

I am on my second xbox with some problem

to get it serviced.

Both consoles brand new. I can see the connected devices on my routers website and it show IP address assigned but xbox says it cannot obtain one. No blocked devices on the router. Says the xbox is whitelisted.

Have you looked into your routers settings to see if the console is being blocked?

Was the console brand new or pre owned?
