    hi I cannot connect

    This is really driving me mad

    Everything else connected except the Xbox 1

    Unfortunately that didnt work. Still get the “Cannot connect to your DHCP server” error

    Before we begin, could you tell us if you connect wireless, or wired, with your console.

    You may also detailing out any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far, so we don't post up solutions that may only echo back.

    Mine has started working again. I gave up entirely, went away for a day, and when I came back to it it worked. I didn't change anything. Seems like faulty software to me.

    Hey Christophigis!

    Thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us! We suggest clearing the Network Card Cache to make sure there isn't any corruption on there causing this error to happen every time the console is shut off. To Clear the Alternate MAC Address follow these
    simple steps on the console:

    Settings

    Network

    Network settings

    Advanced Settings

    Clear and restart

    Once that's been done try to
    powercycle     the console and let us know if the issue persists!
