Cannot Connect to Xbox One at All

Today, while trying to use the typing feature of the Xbox app on my laptop, I noticed that it wasn't connecting properly. I "forgot" my console, in hopes that reconnecting would fix the issue. Instead, the Xbox app cannot find my Xbone at all. Even
when I manually input the IP address, it says there's no console it can find.

I even downloaded the Xbox app on my phone today, and I had the exact same problem, thus I believe it is a problem with the console as opposed to my laptop. I have restarted all my devices multiple times; my xbox one, my laptop, and even my router. All
of my devices are connected wirelessly.

I have a feeling that this has to do with the most recent update to the console. Please fix it soon, Bill.

Did you buy it on eBay? If the seller didn't state that it had been modified you should return it to them for a refund. You cannot solve this I'm afraid, a console ban is a console ban

i bought it on a local website for selling used stuf it doesnt have that protection and i tried to contact the seller but he doesnt respond

Have you done any troubleshooting steps (i.e. hard reset console or reset router?) If so, what have done?
