Cannot connect to Xbox live

I cannot connect to Xbox live. I am signed in and as soon as I select an app it signs me out an error message saying it can't connect, this game requires a connection to Xbox live. From this screen I sign back in and it signs me out as soon as I start the
app. I have reset my console and router with no remedy.

MaxBox99 in order to connect to Xbox live you need an Xbox live profile, you cannot connect to Xbox live without having an valid Xbox live account.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

I hope this issue has been resolved for you. Microsoft has been running a bunch of updates for various Xbox Games and Apps this weekend causing some technical issues. most of which should be fixed by now. If the issues are still persisting please contact
Xbox Support. Lastly, you can always check the Xbox service status to see if there are any outages.

Sorry to hear about that, try making sure your console is properly connected prior to starting the game. When Xbox Live ads pop up, your on. Go in to your settings to manage your connections. If wireless, try switching to Ethernet.
