Cannot connect to Xbox Live when it says connection is all good

My xbox is unable to connect to xbox live even though when i test my connection it tells me it is all good. It even tells me my nat type is open and i am exceeding the recommended mbits speed. I have tried to remove my profile and redownload it but whenever
i try this i cannot even attempt to redownload my profile because it tells me that that there is a problem and to try again later. I have also tried clearing my mac address and restarting but that has done nothing yet either. This is a problem i have experienced
the last 3 days and i have not found a solution.

xbox one wont connect to xbox live

When I test my connection it says all is good, however I cannot connect play any games online

So I go on and it says I cannot connect to Xbox Live. So I press connect to xbox live and it says I have lost my connection. So I go do the diagnosis and it says I can connect. I try to sign in and when I sign in I cannot connect to Xbox Live. The heck is
going on and are other people having this problem?

 

i have also tried every kind of reset the xbox has

 

most likely a router issue , try and reset your router....if your wireless , try wired, and visa -versa.....
