Cannot Connect to Xbox Live Party

Hi there,

Currently on my account, I'm trying to connect to my friends' xbox live party. Nearly every time I can't but there are some times when I CAN connect, when there is a mutual friend in the party I think. It's not my NAT, and I don' t think his either. When
it does connect, it takes 20 seconds or so. When it can't, it takes 10, then gives me "Can't connect to Xbox Live Party". I have a feeling it's to do with the IP Address. I changed it around once, but it then changes my NAT type to Moderate. This lets me join
the Xbox Live Party, but then stops all game services, forcing me to play offline.

If anyone has a certain setting for DNS and IP Addresses, please let me know. Thanks,

Xbox Live Party Not Working

Today when I tried to play with my friend in xbox live party, it said could not connect to xbox live party, maybe a network problem. i also cannot connect with my friend in the game either. I checked network, and it said it was working perfectly. Please
help?

Hi i cannot connect to a particular friend on xbox live why is that i can only connect through a different persons party with him

There isn't a problem with my Xbox Live connection and my Xbox doesn't warn me about any NAT issues. I don't know why my connection is like this, but when I play I usually have 3-4 connection bars and can play usually without lag. When trying to join my
friend's Xbox Live Party, I get the message popup in the top right "Can't connect to Party" and if I hit the center Xbox button on the controller, the party tab says "Cannot connect to Xbox Live Party. There may be connection issues." I can however, connect
to Xbox Live and play online.

Am also having this issue since the update. Cannot join parties, cannot invite people to party i've started either. Error message, 'can't connect to xbox live party'. Can join game invite and can invite people to game without any issues. Will try the above
when I get home, fingers crossed.
