Cannot Connect To Xbox Live Parties

So everytime im on xbox live and i want to join a party... No matter what party i join i always get the "Cant connect to xbox live party" error, even after i try to re connect after this issue, the same error happens over and over again. I only can join
a few friends and thats only when i keep trying to connect to the party over and over again untili get let in. Its not my internet or nat error because i checked, i also got new upgraded internet to see if it would get fixed, im still experiencing this problem
with and its been a few months... I tried everything to clearing system cache... HELP ME

Can't connect to parties POST update.

Am also having this issue since the update. Cannot join parties, cannot invite people to party i've started either. Error message, 'can't connect to xbox live party'. Can join game invite and can invite people to game without any issues. Will try the above
when I get home, fingers crossed.

 

Party Joining Problems

I cannot connect to ANY Xbox LIVE party. No one can connect to my parties either. According to the network test, it's not a NAT problem. It's also not my friends' connection because they can connect to each other just fine. My Xbox is connected to the internet
via wireless connection from my router (Sagemcom SE567). I have a DSL connection. Any suggestions?

Odd that you're not able to join any parties. If you start a party are you able to invite people to your party instead? Have you made sure that the friends you're attempting to connect with also have an open NAT? Anything other than open can cause trouble.

 

Most of the time i invite friends, they cannot join my parties

 

I tested my connection and it didnt show a NAT problem

Xbox 360 NAT Error Troubleshooter? Make sure you have all the appropriate ports opened, that can help with connecting to parties. Let us know how it goes.

 

compre una xbox 360 y antes de los 30 días pidió actualizar.... desde entonces no funciona mas. fui a la tienda y la respuesta fue hable con microsoft.... microsoft dice tiene ser reparada... pedí cambio directo, ... la respuesta de microsoft ; NO ES POLÍTICA

To get access to your internet panel or router configuration.

Search Google for your routers brand and configuration page.

Such as "Netgear Configuration Page". One of the top results will be from your manufacturer and it will list steps on how to login to configure your router.

192.168.1.1 is the default ip address of a router for most instances, and the username is usually either blank or "admin", and the password is usually "admin" or "password".

I would just re-verify on your routers config page that all of your ports needed for Xbox and the Applicable games you are playing, are indeed open for your Xbox to communicate properly.

I would also recommend to possibly re-download your profile to your Xbox, as that may potentially help in some cases.
