Cannot connect to Xbox Live on Windows 10

Hi, since yesterday, I can't connect anymore to the Xbox App on Windows 10, so no Xbox Live for any of my PC game. What is going on? I am sorry if this question was already asked by someone but I can't figure out the new forum; Everything is mixed all together,
people asking question about Windows game, Xbox Games, Support, in french and in english. On top of it, Microsoft Edge is having trouble loading the forum, it randomly crash (no respond), this is a bit confusing and frustrating. Anyways, some friend of mine
told me the problem for the Xbox App is because there is a new interface, but I don't understand what he meant. Is there a new version to download or an update to do?

Microsoft games, none of them are working, all the same error. I do not have any error while trying to access Xbox or OneDrive on my internet browser.
