cannot connect to xbox live on my new surface 3

I cannot connect to my xbox live account on my surface3 after upgraded to windows 10, but my account could be connected in another pc also running winsows 10.

The error code showing was 0x3fb

pls help!!

Smartglass will not connect on any of my Windows 8.1 devices

I also cannot connect either mu surface or my windows 8.1 phone using smartglass for Xbox one. It basically does not see my Xbox one. This happens on my phone and my surface 2 rt

Cannot connect to Xbox live profile with Halo ****

I purchased Halo **** on my Surface 4 Pro, but at startup it says he cannot connect to my Xbox live profile.

Redirected to its website, I am shown in.

Any idea?

Maybe difference between live and Microsoft account? I see them linked on the website, same email..

+1 for me. i7 Surface Book. The majority of my games cannot log into the Xbox Live service. This includes Halo: Spartan Assault. As an aside I can log into the same games on my old Surface RT tablet.

I also have the same issue but it looks like my problem is still occurring.

I have done all the steps required but it still says I cannot connect to Xbox Live.

I am trying to play Halo 3 via backwards compatible on my Xbox One but cannot connect to Xbox Live.

we are signed in with the new email alias but cannot connect to xbox live. It shows his new @yahoo email instead of my old @live email.
