Cannot Connect to Xbox Live / Internet: ICMP Error

Late last night when I got home I first encountered this problem, which was roughly 10 hours ago and upon waking up this morning it still persists. All other devices on my network (computer/phone) all work but when I try to connect to Xbox Live I am
held up at the "Internet", connection to the network works but nothing past there. I've never had a problem like this before and haven't changed any of my network settings. Please help!

Things you have tried: I have reset my modem/router several times, reset factory defaults in the network options on the 360, deleted my profile and ran multiple clear system caches.
