This error means your xbox 360 profile is corrupt and you'll need to redownload it.

Please start up any xbox 360 game on your Xbox one and open the guide with START + SELECT and then go to the bottom and select storage and then to profiles and delete it. Then redownload it on the guide again.

Also, it may be needed to erase the xbox 360 cache on your xbox one:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Storage, and then select "Clear local Xbox 360 storage."

5. Select Yes. Your console will restart. (This will not affect your cloud-saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)

After doing this please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues connecting to Xbox Live on an Xbox 360. I recommend you go to your "Settings" then under "System" go to "Storage" and then look for the options that says
"Clear local Xbox 360 game saves". Go ahead and clear that out and the console will restart. Once it comes back on launch your Xbox 360 backwards compatible game and press the two little buttons in the middle of the controller (the View and Menu buttons) at
the same time and go to "Download profile". Give it a try and let us know with a reply how it goes.

You can try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in
and restart the console.
