Cannot connect to Xbox Live from Xbox1 and Network is "all good"

I purchased Xbox live for one month on 5/4 it worked the first day then it stopped. Network is running fine. I cant even go to billings and payments says server is down.

says xbox live up and running but...

i cannot connect to xbox live... i saw the marketplace and xbox is down but i was just on my xbox 10 minutes ago now i cannot connect?? i know my xbox live gold subscription is active and my network is configured and everything is good so why cant i connect
, am i the only person having this issue?

Virgin Media and X Box Live

Have been unable to connect to XBox Live since upgrading to Virgin Media Cable

XBox can find the network under network settings but cannot connect to xbox Live, this is both cabled and wireless

Have tried resetting xbox to factory, resetting router to factory and have already cleared all previous settings, nothing. Get the Cannot resolve DNS settings to xbox live message, have tried the suggestions from here on that message, nothing.

Using Virgin Super Hub, everything else connects to the internet fine (PC, Laptops and Phones wireless)

Really frustrating, help please ?????

Same issue as above, all is good with network, connected to internet but cannot sign into live, keeps telling me to check network, which I do and it is fine, rinse was repeat, feel like im going insane hoping for different results.....

My Network connection is good but when i download any game it's read 500kb-2mg its so bad i can't download any gamy with that speed , but when i download in other device it's really good like in my phone , and my connection in xbox1 is wired

Xbox1 streaming - works sometimes.

My set up-

I have 4 xbox1's all connected via ethernet wire (cat 5e or >)

(2 xbox1's) are connected via netgear gigabit switch

(2 xbox1's) go directly to gigabit router.

2 computers also connected via gigabit switch.

both computers have gigabit network cards.

Problem:

Has been working great up until about one week ago. Now randomly getting network connection problems. I was running at medium quality, and then set to low quality but still no difference.

Ran stream test from windows 10 xbox1 app and got 4 green check marks.

Tried restarting all units connected, changed out patch cables to cat 6, changed old gigabit switch to new netgear gigabit switch to match gigabit router.

Frustrating how it works then it does not... Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
