Cannot connect to xbox live even though it says its all good

Same issue. Works fine when I sign out and sign back in but Xbox should really fix this bug.

Logging out and back in, while annoying, does work. Thanks for the tip.

ive tired to do all of the suggestions but my xbox wont let me sign in after i sign out. it would ask for my password then comes to a screen saying "this account has already been added" acting like i never signed out and i keep clicking connect to xbox live
and the screen would just sit there and do NOTHING

Hopefully this bug gets fixed soon. Maybe the summer update will fix it.

Genesis, I have been having the same issue for the last 2 days. Tried your method, didn't work. Tried logging out and refreshing the page and logging back in, didn't work. Tried rebooting my router, didn't work. Tried logging on with a friends account, didn't
work. Any other suggestions before I try the nuclear option and reset the whole machine to factory?

that all my connections are fine and that everything is available, but on the right side it still says "Connect to Xbox Live" and the pages aside from the Home page are not visible. I clicked on Smite today and received an update that downloaded easily without
problems

go into your network settings and disconnect from wireless or if your using a Ethernet cord unplug it

from there hold down the consoles ON button for 10 seconds then turn it back on re enter your info for the router or plug your Ethernet cable back in

Hello, just want to add my experiences to this thread: I had the exact same issues as the others here, and today i tried Genesis1953 Suggestion and it worked. Before that, i tried to enter a diff DNS, but that obviously didn't work.

The Log-out and log-in seems to be the only way around the Problem at this time.

Tai ben num, did you try my suggestion above? It works for the majority of gamers. Just log out of your profile and log back in and if that doesn't work please open your own thread describing the problem and what you have attempted to resolve it. Let

Sounds like a problem on the xbox's end and not ours, a temporary fix to the problem is to remove your profile and then to redownload it but that doesn't work for long

So I logged onto my 360 and it logged me straight into live - I then turned that off and logged back on the xbox one and it now logs me into live - I messaged a friend in the US who says this happens to him regularly - to fix the no Xbox live he logs out
of his profile and back in - good grief - hope it helps someone
