Cannot connect to xbox live even though it says its all good

My xbox is unable to connect to xbox live even though when i test my connection it tells me it is all good. It even tells me my nat type is open and i am exceeding the recommended mbits speed. I have tried to remove my profile and redownload it but
whenever i try this i cannot even attempt to redownload my profile because it tells me that that there is a problem and to try again later. I have also tried clearing my mac address and restarting but that has done nothing yet either. Also tried just about
every kind of reset an xbox one can go through. This is a problem i have experienced the last 3 days and i have not found a solution.

Xbox One online won't work

My xbox one wont connect to live even though Im connected to wifi and have three bars and have tested network connection many times it always says "its all good" but its not because Netflix wont work I cant play online and it only goes to xbox home xbox
store wont show up and no ads will show up. ive tried unplugging and nothings worked. So it says im connected and its all good but nothing will work. Any help please?

Same issue - Xbox support is saying there are no issues with live but one minute I'm all ok then zero connection to Xbox live - no internet issues in area - also on home screen when I rebooted it said Xbox preview window - odd as I am not in the program
- have done hard resets, clear mac address - no joy, what is going on Xbox?

 

So I logged onto my 360 and it logged me straight into live - I then turned that off and logged back on the xbox one and it now logs me into live - I messaged a friend in the US who says this happens to him regularly - to fix the no Xbox live he logs out
of his profile and back in - good grief - hope it helps someone

 

I am also suffering a very similar effect, but it's only began just this day. For me, my Xbox One says that all my connections are fine and that everything is available, but on the right side it still says "Connect to Xbox Live" and the pages aside from
the Home page are not visible. I clicked on Smite today and received an update that downloaded easily without problems, but every time I attempt to enter the actual game it says to connect to Xbox Live.

I cannot open my View Profile option and look at my achievements or anything. My friends list appears to be frozen as it's showing 11 people on still doing the exact same things, but this site tells me differently as there are 6 online doing other things.
I entered Halo Reach on the One, and it still allows me to gather credits and displays the challenges of the day/week that are unlocking as I play(which is ONLY displayed if you're online.) But I press the guide button back out and see it still says "Connect
to Xbox Live" on the right while I AM connected.

I tried being as thorough as possible in this, and I hope it will be fixed soon.

 

Sounds like a problem on the xbox's end and not ours, a temporary fix to the problem is to remove your profile and then to redownload it but that doesn't work for long

 

Here is something that works for most gamers. First log out of all profiles on the console and once that is done log back in with the problematic profile. Test to see if the issue is resolved. Let us know. Good Luck!!

 

I've got the exact same issue, can't do anything worthwhile with my Xbox now. Been like this since the 2nd June.

Strangely though, when I was seeing if I could get any apps to work I found that I could still use the web browser-Microsoft edge: was able to open YouTube through that and play videos.

 

im having problems playing online too as well as renegades problem with his freinds list and cant send or recieve messages or access the store and when i try to load any of my games this meesage pops up

we were unable to find your latest saved data and when i select try again it doesnt do anything it just pops up again

anyone else having this problem.

 

I've been having the same issues since April. I've tried everything I could think of to solve it. Glad I'm not the only one having this issue.

 

Genesis' submission seemed to work for now. If something happens again, I'll reply.

 

Tai ben num, did you try my suggestion above? It works for the majority of gamers. Just log out of your profile and log back in and if that doesn't work please open your own thread describing the problem and what you have attempted to resolve it. Let

Hello, just want to add my experiences to this thread: I had the exact same issues as the others here, and today i tried Genesis1953 Suggestion and it worked. Before that, i tried to enter a diff DNS, but that obviously didn't work.

The Log-out and log-in seems to be the only way around the Problem at this time.

 

Having the same exact issues as Renegade Zephyr. Tried Genesis 1953 Suggestion. Seems to be working fine now.
