The wireless adapters provided by Microsoft are not always up to par with current wireless capabilities, either disconnect your router for thirty second then test your Xbox live connection through the network settings on the Xbox 360 dashboard or bye a new
wireless adapter. If the problem persists try using a Ethernet cord instead of wireless its always the better option.

I have been having this issue for months and have been back and forth with microsoft and xbox live and I'm furious! I'm paying for Live and cannot reliably connect to the damn service! I pay for Netflix that we cannot watch and live that I cannot stay connected

There are a number of things that could be the problem, your mtu settings per packet could be low and that would be a result of a problem with the internet speed in your house, there could be a problem with the internet in the house which could cause speed
fluctuations causing this issue. My first step would be to call xfinity and see if they notice anything strange at the time you try to log into xbox live.

I cannot connect to xbox live at all. I have never had any problems before. I tested the xbox live connection and it is great. I cant figure out what's going on?
