    Cannot connect to Xbox live after update and only after update. Have gotten 3 different errors.


    I have been trying to connect to live for a while now. I have tried clearing cache and undoing an update and resetting internet settings and I connect. My Xbox tells me to update and then I don't have internet after the update. I can't even connect to the
    network. My Eroor Status Report is as follows:

    Cannot connect to Xbox live

    I am having trouble with live. At first I couldn't connect to my modem but after I set Xbox back to factory defaults I could. Immediately telling me that I have an update for system and cannot connect without update. So after my update( that took FOREVER)
    my xbox shut down off. When I turn back on it starts all over again. Cannot connect to modem and do factory default again. It has become a vicious cycle. HELP!

    May 19th update broke my internal wireless?!

    Same thing happened to me. I'm running an xbox slim 250 GB and got an error after an update. Now I cannot connect to my wireless router to get to xbox live. All my other computers can access the router and I have already tried reseting the router. There
    were no problems before the xbox update was downloaded.

    Oh wait. It seems that even connected to Xbox Live and after the latest update, I can only play games that the consoles have already seen before.

    For instance I can play Halo 3 because the console has already played it once, but for Halo 4 I have the E66 error...

    As per SamxBroski's advice I called support regarding this, it turns out the error message 80151911 is actually caused by corruption to the system data on the hard drive. This error is extremely rare & doesn't even appear in the xbox error code list on
    the site.

    This was cured by backing up all my saves & formatting the hard drive. Now running sweet once more.

    Hope this information can help someone in the same boat as me!
