"Cannot connect to world" Minecraft v.1.10.0 April 15th 2019

Hey there, in dire need of assistance.

I made this world approximately a week ago, and have done so much in it with a couple of my friends. They have joined on multiple occasions prior to these occurrences, but starting yesterday and continuing through today every time they try to join my game
it says "Unable to connect to world". I have looked through almost every possible solution to this issue, we all have the same version (v1.10.0), all have the same NAT type (open), and not to mention I can join their worlds but they cannot join mine.

I am furious because I DO NOT want to lose this world, like I said in the span of a week we have done so much to the world.

Please help me, I am trying to keep this game alive in our friend group.

Hi there,

An option might be to uninstall and reinstall the game. This shouldn't affect your save data so you should still have your world, while you can also make sure it's not an issue. If everything else is working fine, it may just be an issue with your system and
this might be a way to sort it.

If you are on Xbox, perhaps try a power cycle before doing that, by holding the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds and then turn it on using your controller.

We recommend to search for the answer within the Minecraft forums, as this concerns an in-game function not working properly, as well as the console is determining
that the current network status is good.

Are all of your friends and even yourself connecting on the same platform? As in on an Xbox One console, or a Windows PC?
