Cannot connect to world error message

I play minecraft on a PC my wife plays on xbox series s. I can join her worlds from my PC but she cannot join my worlds from the xbox. Both have xbox live accounts and Ive checked all the multiplayer settings, turned off my firewall, re added friends status, verified NAT is open, all the suggested fixes for this error. But still cannot connect from xbox to PC I didn't see any answers that fixed this problem that worked.

What kind of error message do you get when you try to connect to your friend's world? Have you tried connecting to any other worlds?

So last night i tested it with another friend and the first time he loaded on with no problems. Then he came off and came back on and the same error message was popping up. Connection timed out. Unable to connect to world. Then this morning I tried to join one of his worlds and then I got the error message. So I’m not sure what is going on?

i have been through all the steps in the troubleshooting options

there is no error message, just "cannot connect to your wireless network" and in the link you have me i cannot find a way to get the exact error code for this
