    Cannot connect to the XBox servers although online


    (just as a warning this is my first console as I've always been a PC Gamer before this)

    Hello, I've gone through various support pages on problems like mine, but none seem to help. At my XBox home screen on the far right it has a box saying "Connect to Xbox Live", so I tested my network connection and multiplayer connection and both are telling
    me it is fine. Then, if I go into 'Privacy & Online Safety' (in my account settings), its says "Try again, there's a temporary problem with the service. Please Try again." and if I go into Subscriptions on the same page, it reads "There was a problem, We Couldn't
    get info about your subscriptions from Xbox Live. (0x80bd0006)"

    I am completely lost because this problem has been going on for a couple of days now and I don't know If I am doing something wrong on my end. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I am unable to connect to xbox live on my xbox one although my gold membership is still valid. I can download games but cannot connect to xbox live and play online games. any solution

    Hi, try signing out of your account on the xbox and then sign back in again please.
