    Cannot connect to store, but connection is fine


    My Xbox will not connect to the Microsoft store to do updates, play online games, or reload games.

    My internet connection is fine and I can play disc games ??????

    I have done a hard reset and it didn't help this issue!

    What else do I try?

    Hello, have you tried doing a factory reset of your console?

    Just make sure that you have your games and data backed up so that you can easily get them back when you need to.

    How do you connect your console to internet? Wifi? Ethernet? Microsoft Store is not working but you are online? or you play offline?

    id hard reset your console just to make sure its not your end. and also check the status of xbox live to make sure its not on there end.
