Cannot Connect To Store 0x876c0001

Cannot buy download games thru the Xbox 1 store. Cannot even access the store. Keep getting that error number above. Otherwise Youtube works and Microsoft Edge still works.

I went to go rent some Xbox1 games from my local video store yesterday but they would not install at all. The video store gave me credit for a future rents at least. But now I'm afraid to stick any new CD in because I doubt it will install right.

So I'm stuck playing all my old games. When will this be fixed?

Not Working, help needed

I am having problems with my Xbox one. I can't use the party chat (says its blocked with error code 0x8000FFFF) and I can play games (says they need to connect to Xbox live) but I am connected to the internet as I can access my friends list. Also the store
gives error code 0x876c0001

My Xbox one says I'm not connected to live when I try to play Destiny but when I test connection it says it's fine. On top of that the store and all other things on the dash board are blank and when I click on them it says that content isn't available(0x876c0001)
what is wrong I have a signal extender plugged in right behind my Xbox.
