    Cannot connect to party or messenger


    Hello, For some odd reason I cannot send messages comment on videos or talk in parties. All it gives me is "Due to your past behavior you are unable to use this action" Would someone please tell me what is happening? I've never had this problem before.
    This needs to be resolved as quickly as possible

    Messenger: This password is no longer associated

    My password is the same for XBOX Live and Messenger. I've changed the password several times, yet I still cannot connect to Messenger (Live works just fine). Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Windows Live Messenger has been discontinued and will be removed from the Xbox 360 soon, this would be why you can't connect to Messenger.

    This service doesn't stop you from being able to send/receive messages on Xbox LIVE, or your ability to talk in games/parties.

    To turn it off simply push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller one time (Guide button) > Settings Tab > Preferences > Online Status > Offline to Messenger.

    I am trying to video chat with out of state friends on the Facebook messenger using my Xbox one. I have a Logitech C615 webcam. When I place the video call, and the other party answers, I can see the other party and me on the video (2 separate
    videos) but the out of state party cannot see me. I have set up all the Mixer requirements, watched the security video, received the key, etc. All the camera options are "ON". The video call works like it should on my computer and Skype, just not on Facebook
    Messenger. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
