Cannot connect to or host an online session (PC)

Fun fact

There is the typical tether for a PC host, but if a Series X is hosting the non-dedicated session than the PC player will not have the same tether limitations.

I.E. Series X as the host almost removes the tether that's experienced by a Series S or Windows PC host, regardless of PC specs.

So she can connect to a game I'm hosting on PC, but I still cannot connect to her Xbox game.

Does this issue only occur with Minecraft or with all of your games?

Have you tried to delete your profile (profile only), clear your cache, restart your console and then download your profile again and see if this remedies the issue you're experiencing? If not, try to do that first.

Delete Profile Safely:



Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only.



Clear System Cache

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Highlight your storage device, and press Y.

Select Clear Cache, and press Yes.

Restart Console

Download Profile:

Push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller.

Select Download Profile.

Note: If you don't see Download Profile, press the blue "X" button on your Xbox 360 controller to sign out of any profile you're currently signed into.

So I have two XBL accounts for the PC. One is GBBlackKnight and the other is . GBBlackKnight will not show online, no matter what I do. As a result, I cannot join a hosted game (Minecraft) from my other account/PC. This account is also connected to my Nintendo Switch. I can't connect to it from at all. I can connect from GBBlackKnight to 's hosted games no problem. The weird thing is, I have no issues connecting from a third XBL account to GBBlackKnight. I can even do a party chat from both BlackKnight accounts. I just can't see the online status and connect to hosted games. What gives? It's always been fine until this past week or so.

Replying from my other PC with a screenshot. Currently in party chat, but as you can see, the other BlackKnight on PC #1 is offline. On PC #1, I have selected 'go online' and it still shows on PC #2 as offline. I can go online on this PC (#2) and it shows up on PC #1 with no issues.
