CANNOT CONNECT TO NETWORK

To anyone willing to help,

I was playing Destiny today and booted from the network. After this happened I tried to open the game back up with little success. The game prompted me 'Must be connected to Xbox Live Gold". I then tested my Network connection. After the test it said 'Not
connected, Your network is not set up.'. I then went to set up wireless network, picked my wireless internet, and entered my password. Again I was met with little success. It says: 'Can't connect. Check your network name and password and try again.' I have
tried various times with no success, I have unplugged and re-plugged in my router, all of my other devices are connecting to the wireless internet I am trying to use. I have turned off my Xbox One and came back after a couple hours and tried again. Does anyone
have any ideas or information to help me out with this issue? I would greatly appreciate your time!

Isangrim - let us know what happens with the wireless adapter! If it does work, then unfortunately that repair will be needed to return functionality back to the port. You can initiate a repair as well as check your warranty status via our online portal,

I am having that same issue. I see the website says that the Xbox platform is limited at this moment

Finally fixed this issue. I cleared my Alternate MAC address and it wiped out the bad connections experienced during Xbox service issues. It'll restart the console and then you will have to go setup your wireless internet and bingo, your in business!

Did the same and still not working ! It connects to Internet not to live ! What's up with that ? It did that playing destiny !

After signing out it reloaded the game and it's working now ! But seriously ! I've been a Ving lots of problems since I've changed to Xbox one with Xbox and Xbox live ! Should really check to really fix the problem !!

Having same issues, cannot connect since 2am this morning Pacific Time.

Any idea when this will be resolved?

Now this is getting very frustrating as Inwas playing Destiny also!

That's now 14hrs no connection?

Try use WPA2-PSK only as your security, does that work?

So at the moment when set to B+G+N with or without security it doesn't connect, but when set to B+G without security it does connect

And if its not an SSID issue try changing your wireless settings from B+G+N to B+G and see if it can connect with no security using Wireless G

Also turn off that wireless mac address filter for now

If so I'm afraid it sounds like a compatibility issue to me. Your SSID have you left it on the default "Netcomm Wireless" or is it something else?

The Xbox doesn't like spaces in a n SSID so ensure there are no spaces in yours, it needs to be a single word only

Sorry for posting a second time.

I also turned off the WPA2 security and it didn't work either.

Wasn't sure how to change the broadcasting speed either.. so it might not be an option.

And I upgraded the firmware a couple days ago, which I thought might have been the source of the problem however I restored a backup and it still wont work.

Silly question but you have been through the set up process to connect your Xbox to the network?

Checked that the Xbox is on the allowed list in your router settings maybe and not blocked from accessing the network in any way.
